Pricing, without a phone call
Every plan runs the same queue engine. What the paid ones add is the things that cost money to send or genuinely scale — messages, sites and seats.

Paid annually, you pay for ten months rather than twelve. Change or cancel whenever you like.
Text messaging is not switched on yet. Carrier registration is under way, and until it clears every plan notifies by email — which is why the free plan has no message allowance and never will. We will not bill anyone for texts before they can be sent.
The questions the table does not answer
- What happens if I go past my message allowance?
- Messages past the allowance are charged as they go, at 2.5 cents each. You can also set your own monthly ceiling — including “never send beyond what my plan includes” — and we warn you at 80% of it and again when you reach it. Email is unlimited on every plan and is not affected.
- Can I change plan or leave?
- Any time, from your own console. Moving down never deletes anything: you keep every site, person and setting you have, and what stops is being able to add another. Paid annually you pay for ten months rather than twelve.
- Is there a trial?
- Fourteen days of Basic, with no card. When it ends you move to the free plan rather than to a locked screen — your queues keep running and nothing you set up is deleted.
- What is the catch with the free plan?
- There is a cap on sites, not on customers. One site, two people, and as many check-ins as you can serve — forever. What it does not include is text messages, extra sites, or the API.
